My 2nd Challenge

ok, so I was going to start another challenge a couple weeks ago, but on day 2 of the cleanse I realized that with my anniversary plans I wanted to be carefree, so held off.

So I am starting today & I am really excited. I'm feeling good & I am ready to feel even better:)

Weighing in at 150 lbs
This is pretty much the best pic I could get with my lens & no timer.

I gained 3 lbs back since my last challenge pretty much because I was slacking, & considering all my slacking, I'm impressed only 3 lbs came back. Besides it was just the water weight anyways.

I will make a daily journal entry logging my food & exercise.

I've got 10 lbs to lose before swim suit season.
Oh i'm excited!

Starting weight: 150 lbs
Goal weight 139 lbs
Oh to be in the 130's again would be my dream. My goal may be far stretched, but I am going to try. I was there for my wedding day so I can be there agin, right?

Day 1: Breakfast: chocolate Advocare shake with 1/2 banana
Lunch: orange & raisins - ya, I know it was a busy day
Dinner: spinach salad, w/ yellow peppers, avocado, & sliced almonds with fat free ginger sesame vinaigrette.
Snack: orange

Didn't have/make time to exercise

End of the day: 148.6 lbs

Day 2: Breakfast: chocolate Advocare shake with 1/2 banana
Lunch: Mixed green salad with blackberries, avocado, sliced almonds & fat free ginger sesame vinaigrette.
Dinner: Steak, yellow squash, & green beans.

Again, not a good exercising day
tomorrow, I promise myself I will.

End of the day: 146.4 lbs

Day 3: Breakfast: 1/2 oatmeal and lots of strawberries, Yum!
Lunch: blackberry & Natural pb on wheat wrap & orange
Snack: 2 caramel rice cakes
Dinner: Sweet potato & asparagus (I was too lazy to cook anything)
Snack: orange

Exercise: went on 2 walks/runs today total: 3 1/2 miles

End of the day: 146.2 lbs

Went out of town to work at the family ranch

Day 4: Breakfast: Chocolate Advocare shake & 1 small banana
snack: caramel rice cake
Lunch: green salad with avocado & strawberries + (2 of Mom's homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, I couldn't resist)
Snack: blackberries
Dinner: grapes and A Wendy's ck sandwich, only 1 side of the bun and I dipped in honey mustard sauce.

Exercise: 4 hours of clearing fences- hard upper body labor

End of the day: 145.4 lbs

Day 5: Breakfast: blackberries & strawberries
Lunch: a plethora of stuff @ family party
broccoli salad, smoked pork, spinach salad, corn, bean chili. Yep ate a little too much, but it was all so good.
Dinner: wasn't hungry at all but had a little potato salad
(prob shouldn't have eaten it, but I did)

Exercise: None today

Day 6: not a great day today, it was really busy.
I munched on 4 caramel rice cakes all day.
then for dinner we got panda express.
Seriously I was telling myself "don't do this!" then entire time, but after a long day with clients, busted sink pipes, urgent care visits with kids, I was pooped and really didn't care...... until now that it's 9:15pm and I feel like poop from that lousy dinner:(

Exercise: Went on a family walk, 1 mile

March 16th Day 9: ok, so life is busy and stressful so Day 7 & 8 are now forgotten
And when I am stressed I don't eat. Actually this is a new habit. I used to eat when I am stressed and it has kinda reversed itself. Makes losing weight a whole lot easier, however I think I could do with out the stress. I think some shopping today will make things all better :)
Breakfast: Strawberries
Lunch: Still not in the mood to eat, Maybe I will make a shake so I get something in my body.
Dinner:Veggies & ck

Exercise: Went for a family walk/run to the park- 1 1/2 miles
+ went for an evening run-2 miles

End of the day: 144.4 lbs

Happy St Patrick's Day
Day 10: Breakfast: Chocolate shake
Lunch: Sweet pork over a spinach salad with black olives and diced tomatoes
Snack: yep, i will admit it 2 small sugar cookies
Dinner: A pot luck of corned bf & cabbage, cheesy potatoes, salads, and yes I had a few bites of brownie cake

No exercise today

End of the day: TO MY SURPRISE ! 143.6 LBS
I am 1 lb away from losing 20 lbs!

Ok i forgot to take my MNS pack today and I'm deciding if I even want to start it again. I may just save it because I think the training it did for me has stuck and I am making the healthy decisions all on my own. Yay!

Day 11: Breakfast: Ran out the door eating rice cakes
Lunch: Some cheesy potatoes and spinach salad with strawberries & ck

Soooo life has been busy. If anyone is even reading this, sorry I haven't been great at my updating.
I have decided to finish after the cleanse because I am pretty much rocking this, catalyst & spark are what I will be taking for now.
I am maintaining my 19 lbs weightloss! Yay
I want to make it 20 lbs, just because how fun is that to say. "I have lost 20 lbs!"

I promise you if you want to lose some weight before swim suit season and can't find a plan that works well for you. THIS IS IT!
I'll update again with some before & after pics with stats when I lose that last lb making it
20 lbs!
