19 lbs Lighter and 11 1/2 inches Lost

Well, 7 weeks off and on Advocare products.
Cheating here and there, and only 1% exercise.

But overall changing my eating habits big time!
While I still have more to go to be my dream size, right now I am very happy being where I am until.
My body is so special and I have been blessed to bring children into this world and hope to continue doing so but while also taking care of my body.
I need to embrace my size and take care of myself, but not stress over size,
Just about how I feel inside.
19 lbs lighter & 11 1/2 inches lost

Yikes! I forget how BAD I WAS! :(

 And I think this face says I'm pretty happy :)
Probably wont be posting too much for a while.

My food choices will for the most part stay away from major carbs, sugars & fried things.

And snack on veggies, fruit.
My favs are still rice cakes, applesauce, dried fruit....

Luckily I am training my body and thanks to my last pregnancy sugar is not a craving anymore for me.

This morning for my birthday breakfast we went out to eat and I was sick afterward. I have a major headache and had to take a nap.
I had pancakes, eggs, some bacon, and hash browns.
Still have my moments, thinking i'll enjoy meals like that, but again and again I learn my lesson.

Tomorrow is the day

Well Tomorrow I Turn 29!

My last year in the 20's, kinda freaking out about it!!!

Here I am with my baby today and tomorrow when I actually feel like getting ready I will take my after pictures.

I am down 19 lbs and I will check my inches tomorrow.

Still never started exercising, just changed my eating habits BIG TIME.
Carbs and sugar are NOT my friends anymore, and except for a rare treat, I hope they never again make a major appearance in my life again.
EVEN DURING PREGNANCIES!

Yes I still want to be closer to 140lbs, but until I am done having kids It's just not going to happen.
Hopefully this new healthy body will be able to carry a baby soon:)

So starting at 177.6lbs in June & weighing in @ 158.2 lbs today.
 Then I'll check my inches lost tomorrow.
And post those oh so exciting after pics :)

It's so hot!

Seriously it's soooo hot and humid.
I haven't exercised yet today and it's 3:30.

I seriously stuffed myself last night and felt so sick all night and all this morning.
lots of running around today and haven't been good at anything.

Just a few tatertots- ya I know- horrible and rice cakes.
I still just feel stuffed from last night.

I knew I shouldn't have eaten that huge tortilla, but I did and now i'm paying for it.

Well, last night I was 161.2- almost out of the 160's!!!!

I have 10 days

Well, I was out of town for the last 10 days.
I was nervous about what was going to happen to my weight.
I was aware of what was entering my body, but when you are visiting family and camping there are sometimes just not other options.
I had a goal to at least not gain any more weight back, and I succeeded!
I weighed in last night, after eating a hamburger :(
(It was my little girls 6th birthday and "Old" McDonald's was her request for dinner :)

I weighed in @ 164.4lbs.

I have 10 lbs to lose in 10 days before my birthday.
My house is so empty on food this morning, but I am going to do what I can to get my metabolism going.
I'm taking Thermoplus and luckily have my meal replacement shakes handy.

Running has to start tomorrow if I want to achieve this goal!

So I didn't run last night... but I did this morning.

My "Running Buddies" Bailey & Daisy were by my side and my little girl was cheering me on from the sidelines.

Well I ran for about 10 minutes. It was HOT!

Didn't do any mix ins, just gave it a good shake.

Challenge Drop Out..... "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...."

I am a challenge drop out.
I'm not sure what happened?

Well actually I do.
My self esteem was hit by something that was said to me about my weight. I tried to let it roll off my shoulders, but I just felt like I couldn't do it and I just wasn't good enough.
I've got major self esteem issues, I know I need some work :(

I cheated on my food intake here and there, but was overall doing not too bad.
Then a last Friday night we went out to dinner.
I cheated..... and haven't stopped yet.
Yesterday I made homemade pizza and this morning homemade banana bread.

I'm just sad now.
I know better:(

I am still down 10 lbs
(gained 3 lbs back (that's the fluffy feeling I hate!))

Keep me motivated people. Please!
I really want to lost for sure 10 more lbs before I try to be a mommy again.
I want to start a pregnancy healthy.

My plan is to take my morning meal replacement shakes, Thermoplus, & Omegaplex (fish oil)
And continue healthy eating!!!

This is SERIOUSLY SOOOOO Embarrassing :(

But this is motivation at it's finest!

My highest weight EVER! Including being pregnant :(

So my assessment starting this challenge.
  • Daily Energy Level- VERY LOW, I'm getting even lazier because I have no energy to take on daily tasks.
  • Sleep- I sleep ok, but wake up not feeling rested at all.
  • Overall Wellness- I feel lousy, fat, no self esteem because I am embarrassed of how I look. I'm not a good example to my children, and not the wife my husband deserves.

How did I let myself get this way. 
I could cry! I do cry.

See that face in the photo on the far right.
That is who is lost in this current body of mine and I WANT HER OUT!
I deserve it! 
And I WILL GET HER BACK!


 I will write a daily journal of my food and vitamin intake along with my exercise.

5:30 wake up call -thanks to my beautiful baby

(plugged nose and quickly chugged in barely 8 oz of water... ugh it gives me the shivers even thinking about it)
Then while still plugging my nose I quickly ate some raisins and chugged more water.
Definitely the way to do it!
9:00 5 strawberries
10:30 a dozen fresh cherries
12:00 carrots and snap peas
5:30 Dinner-Romaine, shredded chicken, black beans, peppers, onions and tomato.
(I made the kids bbq chicken sandwiches)
Herbal cleanse tablets
 I drank tons of water today, was busy with some errands and projects, and for sure did not eat enough, but I was not hungry at all, prob cause I was drinking TONS OF WATER.

I'm a little grumpy and have a little headache.
But doing great!

It's only 8:30 but I'm exhausted!
Added 1 kid to the bunch tonight for a sleepover and hubby is out of town for work.
The house is a disaster.... yep, i'll get to that tomorrow.

Another 5:30 wake up call.
But then by 6:00 my baby went back to bed and so did I, till 8:30- yep felt good.

I was shaky from not eating enough yesterday.
8:30 1 cup of oatmeal and 8 blackberries
Then I had my fiber drink. I could only get half down! :(

Then I had half a cantaloupe. 
Now i'm stuffed!

I'm just bloated and not looking forward to weighing in tonight.

I heated up the ck, black beans, peppers & tomato "stir fry" and added some avocado and cilantro- delicious!

Tomorrow I'm working so a distraction is going to be great & some good therapy (I am a hairstylist working from home) & then the Hubby gets home.

I woke up feeling AMAZING this morning 
My baby was babbling away in her crib around 6:30.
It's going to be a busy day, but I am also feeling more tight and trim.

For breakfast the kids wanted pancakes!~ ah torture, but surprisingly I did ok and wasn't too tempted.
7:45 I made myself 1 egg with sauteed peppers and onions, with teeny tiny bit of bacon. Yum!

My stomach churns and I start salivating (in a bad way) while i'm prepping it.
Ugh, shiver!
I got about 1/2 down and then ate some raspberries with it.
(raspberries are not flavorful enough- stick to raisins!)

And now eating a small apple

2:45 left over's from dinner. the ck, beans, peppers, avocado & cilantro

6:00 small pork chop with green beans and applesauce
The family got Wendy's to take to Grandma's to go swimming.
The smell was torture, but I had no desire to eat it.

I'm so sad right now.
I've been emotional all day and I feel like I have taken a step backward. I ate too much yesterday... yet  I feel like I still didn't eat anything.

I'm just sad. I just drank spark, but I think I am too sad to even feel the benefits from it.
I just want to crawl back into bed.

I haven't eaten breakfast.
I am still bloated, and I wonder if my cycle is just causing me problems :(

No fiber drinks these lasts days, and I always forget to take my pro biotic.
I got into a major funk glad that's over! Anyways, moving on.
I felt awesome this morning and went walking (tried running- but i'm not quit ready for that yet.)

ok, today is day 12 (I think).

It's been a chaotic last couple days.
For example I worked all morning then had a major dance recital, then family swimming party.
Lets just say i had my 1st MNS packet 30 mins before eating..... then i never got a chance to eat.
Then I grabbed my 2nd MNS packet and was only able to grab a bag of carrots while running out the door to prep for the recital... and my 3 yr old ended up eating most of the carrots anyways.

Last night @ the family party, i did pretty good. Mini hamburger patty with some lettuce and avocado, but messed up eating some macaroni salad and potato salad- it was just too tempting... and I was starving!




It's Sunday morning and I've been up since 4:30 with my baby.
It's 7:00 now & I just put her back to bed, My 3 yr old is up eating oatmeal and the Hubby and 5 yr old are still sleeping..... I really want to go back to bed:(

Ok, this is getting ridiculous.
Why are days so busy.

I'm trying to take my vitamins, but my mornings have been chaotic.
Today I randomly took them.
Ate a couple apricots, almonds, for lunch was some spaghetti squash and roasted tomatoes, dinner was an couple bits of Chili and a bit of corn bread, ya I know I know I couldn't resist
Tonight I weigh

Wow seriously guys, I'm having issues.
Some comments were made to me that really hurt and I lost a lot of motivation.
I felt amazing, but it just wasn't good enough and I got the mind set of why even bother then:(
I ate stuffing for dinner last night:( :( :(
I was 165 earlier in the day.


Typical day, no shower, dirty from the baby, sweaty from tons of yard work..... and excited that I can actually see a jaw line ;)

I have seen the inches lost everywhere, but mostly around my face, neck and chest.
I am a little excited so took a pic :)
I feel disgusting this morning!
 I already took my
before breakfast vitamins, but feel so sick and bloated I don't want to eat a thing.
Darn u stuffing!!!
I am going to make sure I drink tons today to try and flush out.
