Thursday 167.4 lbs

8:00am This morning I had a chocolate meal replacement shake.
Didn't do any mix ins, just gave it a good shake.

10:30 handful of almonds.

11:00 veggies and a little ranch

3:00 veggies and a little ranch

4:30 handful of almonds

5:00 Ck pot pie - lots of veggies (no crust)

I WILL RUN tonight!!!
(if i write it down early that it's a must, right!?!?!)
